PLEASE READ BELOW SO YOU KNOW HOW THE SHOW IS RUN. THIS WILL ANSWER MOST QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE!! 

HOW THE ROTATION WORKS: 
🎧 Rotation starts with 12–15 singers. Next round, I mix the same people + new people. It goes old singer, new singer in order. If there are extra new singers, they go at the end. Duets count as one turn. Everyone gets one song per rotation so it stays fair.🦋

🎧 Use your first name + last initial or stage name when you scan the QR code. If you’re doing a duet, include both names. If you sign up a friend, you’ll need to add their name too. I’ll double‑check who’s who when you come up to sing. Once you’re signed up, you’re in the rotation all night—no need to send more requests. 🦋

🎧 I call your name three times. If you still don’t hear me, I’ll text you to let you know you were called, and I’ll get you back in as soon as you return. If you typed your number wrong, that’s on you. It’s your job to pay attention and come up when you’re called.🦋

🎧Although tips are appreciated, they do not change the rotation. I operate on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASES. 🦋

🎧I know everyone is excited to sing! I will be going through singers as quickly as possible! I will try to get to all singers by our 1 am cut-off time! 🦋

DISCLAIMERS: 

🎧 Come up fast when I call your name. If you miss it, I’ll work you back in.🦋

🎧 Watch your texts. You’ll get one right before you sing, and another if you missed your turn.🦋

🎧I fill up sometimes. If I can’t get you in, I’m sorry. Showing up earlier means you might sing more than once. 🦋

🎧 If you show up at midnight or later, you probably won’t get a turn. 🦋

🎧 Not every song is licensed. Have a backup ready.🦋

🎧 You can’t sing for your friend if they left. No stand‑ins.🦋

🎧 No repeats. If a song was sung earlier, it’s off the list for the rest of the night. 🦋

🎧 TIPS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED; if you tip via Venmo or another electronic tip and request it back -- because you left or what have you, you will not be refunded. You have virtually put your money in a JAR.🦋
