Q: I can't log in. What should I do?

A: Here are some steps to help you log in:

  1. Check Your Email: Make sure you are using the correct email to log in. Double-check which email you get notifications on and use that one.
  2. Use Your Username: If the email doesn't work, try using your username. It's the name in red below your Artist Name on your page.
  3. Reset Your Password: If you still can't log in, you can reset your password.
    • Go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password" below the blue login button.
    • Enter your username, and the system will email you a link to reset your password.
    • Follow the instructions in the email, and you should be able to log in.
