Q: I can't log in. What should I do?
A: Here are some steps to help you log in:
- Check Your Email: Make sure you are using the correct email to log in. Double-check which email you get notifications on and use that one. Make sure you check your spam folder or search for nosongrequests.com in your email
- Use Your Username: If the email doesn't work, try using your username. It's the last part of your Song Request Page. In this example your username is djsoulxx https://app.nosongrequests.com/djsoulxx
- Use Your Phone Number:
- Reset Your Password: If you still can't log in, you can reset your password.
- Go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password" below the blue login button.
- Enter your username or email or phone number, and the system will email you a link to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions in the email, and you should be able to log in.
