DJ Czer Events has a set up that is 28ft wide (this can be scaled down for smaller venues).

We have a sound system that you can not only hear the music, but feel it! (don;t worry this doesn't mean so loud that grandma won't want to stay).  We are very respectful to the venue, our clients, and their guest as to the volume of the music.

We have more than 20 lighting fixtures to give your event a real CLub vibe, and keep people on the dance floor all night! We DO NOT charge additional costs for lighting, it is included in every package.

We offer 2 microphones for your ceremony, as well as a seperate smaller sound system.

We offer custom monogram gobos for your dance floor.  We can customize these with almost anything you want.  They add a nice personl touch to your event.

We video all of your important moments at your event, and put them together in one video for you to have as a memory. All videos are taken on a smart phone with a high quality resoultion.  We are not in any way meant to replace a videograoher or photographer.  This is just an added memory for you to have.

We want to make your wedding and reception everything you want it to be.  Because the most important day of your life, should be the party you never forget!!
 
With DJ Czer Events you don’t just get a great DJ, you also get a Day of Coordinator!  Weddings are expensive, and we try to help with that by giving you both for the price of 1!!
 
DJ Czer will work with you for all of your music selections.  From guests arrival through all of your important moments and dances.  He can help you customize the music for your walk down the aisle, and your grand entrance into your reception. You can keep your grand entrance simple, or enter your reception like a Rock Star, it’s your choice!   During dance time, he will always take guests' requests.  As a former nightclub DJ he is well versed in reading a crowd, as well playing high energy dance music to keep your guests singing and dancing all night long! He also beat mixes, this gives you smooth transitions between songs, this also helps keep your guests on the dance floor. His crowd interaction is second to none, clients have compared it to being at a concert.  Dj Czer will bring a 28 ft wide set up (can be scaled down to fit smaller venues) that will include up to 22 lighting fixtures, and a sound system that rivals most DJ companies. This is all included in every package at NO additional charge.  Fog and Haze machines are also included (if the venue allows them).   All of this will keep your party moving and the dance floor full all night!
 
We provide every couple with our exceptional Day of Coordinator, Tamara.  She will work with you through your entire planning process to make sure your day is executed perfectly.  Our goal is to handle all of the stress for your big day so that you don’t have to.  Tamara will work with all of your vendors to make sure they arrive on time and know where to set up and when to serve, or whatever their part in your day would be. We want their day to be as trouble free as yours.  She will coordinate your rehearsal (if we are involved with this) , and be with you the day of the wedding to get you down the aisle.  She will work closely with DJ Czer and let you know when it is time for the special parts of the evening,  But most importantly she will work on your schedule.  If it’s time for something like your first dance, and you're not ready she will coordinate with DJ Czer and keep everything moving until you are.  She will dismiss tables for dinner, and make sure all of your vendors get their meals at an appropriate time as well.  She will make sure your cake gets cut and served to guests after your cake cutting, or make sure your desserts are served if you are not doing a cake cutting.  She will design a custom timeline for your event, and make sure all of your vendors receive a copy for your special day.  Have special requests??  Just let her know!! Tamara’s ultimate goal is to make your day as worry free, relaxing, and fun as possible for you and all of your guests.  
 
Both DJ Czer and Tamara will work with all of your vendors, to make sure everyone is where they need to be before any important moments happen.  We want to make sure your photographer and Videographer are where they want to be to get the perfect shots for you.  We have worked with many photographers, venues, videographers, caters, and so many more.  If you need any suggestions we are happy to help, many are available on our website.
 
We can also provide a custom Gobo for your dancefloor with your names and wedding date or any custom design you like. This adds an elegant touch to your reception decor.   We take candid photos and videos during your event, as well as all of your formal moments.  These are all taken with cell phone cameras and go pros.  You will receive access to all of the photos and videos we take, as well as one combined video of all of your special moments 2 weeks after your event.  We are not professional photographers or videographers, and are not meant to replace those services in any way.  But for those who don’t have a videographer in their budget, it is a nice way to get a small video memory of your special day. 
 
You can see photos and videos from some of our events, as well as photos of our set up on our website at www.djczerevents.com.  If you would like to move forward with us, we will set an appointment to meet with you in person to go over everything you want for your special day.  You will meet with DJ Czer and your Day of Coordinator.  At this meeting a 50% deposit will be due to hold your date.  The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event if you're paying by check.  If you prefer to pay in cash, you can pay at your rehearsal (if we are attending) or the day of your event when we arrive to set up.
 
We will arrive at your venue the day of your event 4-5 hours before your event, depending on the venue. Set up and tear down is always on our time, not yours.  it does not count against your package time.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.  We are happy to help with any questions you may have.  
 
We work one on one with all of our clients.  Your vision is what we want to bring to life.  We are always here to make suggestions, but they are just that…suggestions, based on our years of experience in the wedding industry.  We want every client to have the day they have always dreamed of.
